First read the book. Then download the app. It helps you track habits. With it I’ve eaten less sugar, moved my body every morning, stopped snacking on garbage between lunch and dinner, AND played my banjo (almost) everyday.

I’m not sure this is worth it for joy, but it is worth it for satisfaction…
